i think i had the best summer of my life. yes, looking at the pictures just bring back memories after memories...its incredible! we had a good balance of work and play, new experiences, new special moments (baby studies, baby time, and lots of baby...food! hahahaha:) the 6 wks in singapore has also been incredible. finally got to see baby kun in new clothes! new specs! new underwear! (oooooops :P i didn't see but im sure its new!! heee) got to try out food in new places, see each other's new friends, find new places for baby time:)

baby dear, im so incredibly blessed to have your company all this while. it makes me sooooo happy to know that there's something to share my everyday thoughts, worries, and happiness with:) before i sleep i think of baby kun, when i wake up i think of baby kun too:) baby do u know how much i love you?

we probably had the most fulfilling summer holiday anyone could possibly have!

we travelled to romantic paris, exotic greece, studied in world top institution harvard, toured the east coast of superpower america, cruised the luxurious boston odessey ship, rode the most magical and enchanting disneyworld, dived the tropical island tioman, taught at schools and impacted youths, explored the rustic kampongs of ubin, ate at top hotel singaporean buffet merchant court and heartlander geylang streets...

the chapters will not close..

may the Lord continue to bless our relationship...

Happy 8mth in Singapore!

Everytime i tok to you.. i feel like i need to shout out "BABY DEAR!!!!"... such a feeling has been around for quite a while.... ;)

Sometimes there is fear... fear tt all these may end too fast before i know it... but if anything will happen... it will happen for a reason yeah? The Lord has everything planned for us already!

Tonight we had an incredible 4-hr buffet dinner at merchant court hotel! there were sharks' fin, oysters, chilli crab, fish, hokkien mee, ba kwa, redang, sea cucumber, roast duck, pork knuckle, sashimi, choco fondue, chendol ice-cream, durian pengat, sesame paste, ah bailing, jiu ceng gao, chempadak struudle, bread n butter pudding etc etc

We had telepathy also! Once again! something beyond scientific explanation! When i was at city hall i felt i nid to call baby... then i just called... and baby just happened to be there! wats more incredible... city hall was not a station tt we planned to meet at... we just happened to be there...

Baby dear.. too many coincidences le... sometimes i just hv to believe it is the work of God that brought us together... too much telepathy... too many coincidental circumstances...

Baby dear... i wan to keep loving and keep learning about love.... together... lets rejoice always!

Was an expensive day out for us... but baby dear... it really was a BLAST!!!... and i want to remember every moment of it!!

i love food, and i love baby :)

baby chan is burping and very very full now! the babies did it again...we had wonderful baby time at suntec's sky garden... how i miss baby time :) they're few but precious. and after that we whacked geylang! ahahha..first up, gong bao frog leg porridge! yum yum...nice and tender. and the chilli crab was orgasmic. hahaha...if only there was deep fried mantou! but the spicy sweet chilli sauce totally made up for it :P and nxt up was the long awaited dou jiang you tiao! its really funny how the full name is 永和豆浆油条大王 but baby chan remembers only the first 4 words and baby kun remembers the last 4 words :) yay! another food craving satisfied...and baby chan went home and there was tom yum soup waiting for her! burp burp...

love singapore food! cheap and good. love singapore though its a little too hot and humid. well, hide in air con rooms! love baby kun. love love love!

we just conquered another place altogether...the sea! the babies did it again, hahaha :) glad that my dive buddy was always there for me, always patiently waiting for me to equalise, disturbing the sea cucumbers and star fishes and wad not...what an experience! love it love it...love seeing nemo and his mother/father, schools of fishes, trying not to get poked by sea urchins and all the various sorts of marine life! can't wait to enter the deep blue world again...

and of cos, all this wouldn't have been so lovely with baby kun...soooo many happy memories forged, another special moment beneath the stars in pulau tioman...just seize the moment ok baby kun? don't worry so much. i believe God is watching over us and blessing us! love u sooo much, at least 40 metres deep too! :)

sigh...living in bliss. what an adorable and lovable baby i have!

Learning scuba diving

We just finished our confined pool session TWO! :) We are ready to plunge into the big big sea on sat! How exciting. Hope my BCD doesn't burst like today. Quite scary. But next time it does I should have no fear. Continue paddling breathing and stay calm. Signal for help. :)

happy 7 mths! we haven't updated this in a long while! have been really busy huh...esp u and all the admin stuff. and me with all the going out...and stressing over the admin stuff at the same time :) and we're going diving! so exciting :) we're really travelling all continents together huh... but im so happy you're doing this with me! would rather have u than anyone else exploring the seas with me and saying boo to the turtles :)

such a WONDERFUL amazing 2 mths... exploring different countries, experiencing what its like to spend all my time with u (And loving every second of it) and just loving, loving, loving you and the places i go to, meeting friends, making friends, studying together, stressing over ur term paper together, eating and eating gd food and rubbish junk, shopping and shopping...and the list goes on and on :)

paris. greece. harvard. US. disneyworld. each one carries so many memories...i can't even keep up with them. i just want to keep capturing images and moments in my memory! must write it down before i forget..

and right now, singapore. miss you when you aren't around, but i know u're on some other part of this little island thinking of me too =) ahhhhh..... love you so deep deep.

last day in harvard

its the last day in harvard already...baby is pia-ing his last page of the term paper...poor baby didn't eat anything the whole day! im so looking forward to bringing baby out tonight for a last good meal in our last night in cambridge!

last week in harvard!

Had a terrific weekend with baby chan... this time we never travel far far... just boston city... but we walk and walk and did a lot of shopping... tried lots of clothes... had hard time making shopping decisions...

if only money was unlimited!

woooo the japanese food on sat night was greeat! we had low class sashimi, japanese beef steak and unagi don! we also tried hot sake! very hot... the wine cup and pourer very cute! then we played game and loser eat wasabi (with little sashimi)... i lose 3 times baby chan only lost 1 time...

then we walked the wrong direction of mass ave! wahhh mass ave is really endless... we nearly end up at timpatuk... lucky baby chan asked some ladies along the way...

last friday nite we had great baby studies! :) it was very fun... there is so much more to explore in each others' history still... we talked abt results... ecas...

and just now i was soo worried tt baby did not reach home.... i knock on doors...shout her name... went on msn but cant find baby.... i even ask God.... "Please don't do this to me..."

then i realised one thing...

i was soo worried tt this bundle of joy may b gone.... i imagined all sorts of scenarios.... if anything bad happens... i dun know how i m going to forgive myself...

i was just so scared to lose her...

PHEW! lucky baby was safe in her room... just tt i need to knock the door harder next time... :)

i thank God tt she is safe... and for reminding me how precious she is... Amen!

beef jerky

just popped 2 beef jerkys into my mouth and thought of baby...how we met, how we first kissed. there're so many what ifs in the world... but nobody knows what if...and there're no time in life for regrets.

babies had a gd weekend watching live free or DIE HARD...haha. and transformers! yay! v exciting shows and we watched the 2nd one for free hahahahah. the babies also shopped at filene's basement and had quite a loot! yay!

baby has been quite sad recently, but because of baby kun, baby chan is smiling again...

its 3 am and raining heavily outside again. i think baby kun's sleeping peacefully now, and though he has a compulsive sleeping disorder and always sleeps on me, he's still my one and only baby :)

the weekend was a super chiong one through philadelphia, washington dc, virginia and finally new york. the highlights were no doubt the beds with no hole :) and a lot a lot of junk food. yay the babies worked it away just now at the gym and had shin ramen as a treat:)))

2 more wks of harvard summer school. 3 more weeks of holiday and baby time :)

But I can't help falling in love with you :)

its raining heavily outside and im waiting for my baby to come over :) the weather is really cranky! its been so hot the past few days, and then of all days, it decided to rain on july 4th, independence day! but that didn't dampen our spirits :) we still went to watch the fireworks, with newspapers over our head, but nobody knows who we are rite! the fireworks were spectacular, it was right in front of us, i'm a big big fan of fireworks but i've never seen anything like that before! the view was totally unblocked, and there were lots of canoes and yachts in front of us to watch the fireworks in full view as well! it was AWESOMEEEEE! ahhaaahaaaa... i love baby so so much, it was another special moment for us! some fireworks were really cute as well, there's casper the friendly ghost, smiley face and heart shaped ones! the babies did it again!

had to study for today's exam later on but it was all worth it. baby treated me to key lime tart and boston cream cake and hot chocolate from finale! baby love love.

and on the 3rd of july, it was the babies' 6 mths anniversary! the babies went on odyssey, which is this very very romantic cruise ship, we were probably the youngest couple there and we had dinner, ohhhh...yummy steak and caesar and chicken salad, and a lot of yummy desserts as well, watched the sunset with baby, and danced to slow jazz music. it was such a...sweet and lovely evening with my dearest:) and then there was this big happening party in front of the boston harbour hotel and the babies went on to the podium (Which was on water) to dance! hahaha...it was mega fun just letting my hair down and not caring who's watching us!

baby, i just want to say, i love you so so much, thanks for the 6 mths of beautiful memories, and lets just keep treasuring each other and creating more beautiful moments. every moment with you is beautiful and unforgettable :)

what a wonderful..... weekend~

i love baby!

it is just sooo incredible how gd the times are spending with baby chan... whether is it lazing on the grass.... shopping and trying out new clothes.... muching seafood platters and listening to acapella.... playing with the big lobster before eating.... doing all the jumping snapshots.... its just soo wonderful...

i wish moments can freeze there forever... time just zooms past.... i want to always remember every bit of memory with baby.... but baby kun has a compulsive sleeping disorder (on treatment) and short term memory.... tts why i need to write down on this blog....

yesterday baby n i had a LOT of chowder and free stuff at the boston harbourfest.... :) it was sooo amazing really! i wan to thank God for giving me this opportunity to come to Harvard... of course i wan to thank baby for the company... without her life wld be soooooo different... i cant imagine... who will i hang out with? who will do baby talk with me?

i lloooove playing piano with baby chan.... she goes into this super incredible mode.... plays the most fluid and touching melodies and just makes the piano come alive... *mesmerized*

ok le... got to read the book before getting refund for it... tata... there is so much things to do!

uhhh...the last post was by me...on baby's computer. of cos rite, baby is alwayssss sleeping. i bet he will sleep and not do BS tonight also..baby u are gonna fail BS la! (BS, by the way, is baby studies)

dance tonight was fun! tango and swing. hahaha..i did swing last yr but the style seems a little different here. tango has more character. yay.. met a few weird guys here and there..including 2 weird english guy and 1 even weirder guy in a suit and i dun even know his name. conclusion: my baby is the best!

i see baby kun falling asleep again :) its hot out there, we're in the lamont library which has nice nice couches with our frozen latte. classes were more difficult today, with the lecturer going into venture capitalists and asset management etc etc, and the journal articles are quite hard to read. but i'll manage... starting to sleep v little again. SIGH. i want to sleeeeeep. and play on the grass, and have my baby time. decided to change from non credit to credit, but i'll take it slow and easy (i hope). cos its SUMMER! its time to wear pretty dresses and go out and play. may fun times never end :)))

The weather has turned from cool to sunny & hot.... baby kun now hiding in Widener Library... waiting for a cooler day to laze in the courtyard...

My throat has been feeling better today after taking a dose of ibuprofen... also tried the bitter anesthetic solution... gargling it always makes the tongue numb... it works a little too :)

Can't wait for more time to play with baby chan... weekends will be gd... night time will be gd also... in the day probably just do work lor...

Woke up at 806am this morning and got a shock... missed the alarm clock.... missed the 8am shuttle.... piah for the 830 one and rushed breakfast... lucky was not late for class... baby kun got a chance to speak up in class too... taking baby steps but will eventually get better... i ll aim to make sensible humble well-thought out baby comments.... still bit gian to join the afternoon class with baby chan... can sleep in plus can see bubbly prof moran.... but still more interested in the morning subject...

Can see baby chan in 38 min time... yay.. cant wait...

First (proper) post :)

the babies took a 2 hr nap...and it was incredibly hot! even with the fan...just like in singapore. is this how it'd be like back home? i miss baby time and my playtime! i hope weekends will give me more baby time. but looks like we have a very packed schedule ahead!

before i forget...tickled baby kun's stomach the day before and got caught by a cambridge policeman! almost got a ticket for that one :P

i feel like tickling baby kun! :)))

and i hope and pray that baby kun gets well soon, all the problems are solved, and can wake up tmr and stay awake in class successfully, and we'll have a gd and enriching time at class! classes have been pretty intense. but will leave that for another time
